I am an experienced Deep Tech Leader, Roboticist, Advisor and Speaker based in Wroclaw, a leader in the field of robotics and systems engineering, reliably and objectively looking at and co-creating the development of robotics globally.

I have 9 robotics products in portfolio, 6 on the market, 4 CES innovation awards.

My expertise ranges from mobile robotics & autonomous systems, drones, ground robots, novel modes of locomotion through deep technologies, systems engineering, integration of hardware & software, manufacturing at scale to entrepreneurship and startups.

Currently on top of my main professional engagements I am Advisory Board Member at Cranfield University for Autonomy, Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, and an active advisor to selected high impact technology startups and strategic projects across the globe.

I have over a decade of experience in the field of advanced mobile robotics and autonomous systems, having worked in various tech lead roles in globally recognised robotics companies bringing novel autonomy-powered software+hardware products to wide variety of markets at scale incl. industrial (Aerialtronics, Bosch), construction (Oculo), agriculture (HayBeeSee) and consumer (Dyson, Bosch & Emotech).

Some of the highlights include launching world's first VSLAM-powered self-driving vacuum at Dyson, leading bespoke industrial drones R&D & NPI at pioneer of commercial drones Aerialtronics and leading complete research & engineering (CTO) of one of most pioneering agriculture robotics startups HayBeeSee developing world's first patent-pending hopping robot for ultra fast close-to-ground intensive scouting and micro interventions of crops.

I have worked and lived across 5 countries so far closely collaborating with key high-tech hubs globally in Europe (Eindhoven, Oulu, Bristol, Cambridge, London, Linköping, Zurich), Silicon Valley and Asia (Shenzhen, Suzhou, Hong Kong, Taipei) and most recently fast evolving ecosystem in Poland & CEE (Warsaw, Wroclaw, Katowice, Krakow & Gdansk) building unique global network.
